I love Oregon Real Estate. I’m privileged to partner with amazing clients on their journey to discover the perfect home for their family. Although there are a lot of great agents, I feel my commitment to open communication, industry expertise, local market knowledge and a desire to cultivate longterm relationships, ensures my clients the highest level of confidence and quality.
I specialize in the communities of West Linn, Lake Oswego, Oregon City and Tualatin. As a West Linn native, I’m passionate about introducing my clients to the communities I love! My real estate experience extends to both sides of the transaction, helping Buyers find their new homes and helping Sellers move on from their properties. I’ve also helped many clients with relocations. I may be 5’2 but I’m always ready to negotiate hard to make sure you always get the best possible terms.
I’m extremely fortunate to do what I love! Finding your next home should be an extremely exciting adventure and everything I do is to make the process as fun and seamless as possible!
On a personal note, I am the proud mother of two incredible kids. So when I’m not busy pulling up to homes for sale, you can usually catch me pulling up to soccer fields, baseball diamonds, or if I’m lucky, to Mount Hood to go snowboarding with the family. I also really enjoy volunteering in the West Linn School District and giving back to the Big Brother Big Sister organization.
If you need someone whose not just committed to finding your next home, but who’s dedicated to making the process stress free and who will fight hard to negotiate the best deal for your family, let’s grab coffee or a glass of wine – that’s always an option too!
Here are three fall home maintenance tips to think about doing soon:
1. Make exterior repairs. Take a walk around your property, looking for signs of damage to the roof, siding, and foundation. If there’s anything that needs repair, schedule it before winter weather hits.
2. Clean gutters and downspouts regularly. Too often I’ve seen where clogged gutters have caused water to pool and cause damage to the roof or siding.
3. Clean dryer vents. Cooler weather can increase static electricity which can ignite lint that has built up in your dryer vents....
Anyone else feeling like the air we’re all breathing in OR right now is effecting you physically and emotionally this morning? It’s rough, and yet I’m so so thankful to be safe. We’ve been praying for all the people affected - friends, family, firefighters, first responders - our hearts are with you all.
Something simple you can do to help clean and purify the air and help combat the campfire smell inside your home is to start a simmer pot. Herbs, citrus, and spices gently simmered in a pot on the stove are an all-natural way to clean and freshen our air. 💚 Just be careful to not let the pot simmer dry. Set a timer on your phone to remind you to add water to to the pot regularly.
