Is Fall a Good Time to Sell a Home?

If you are thinking about selling your home but worried that you missed the hot moment, never fear, the second-best time is almost here!!

The best time to sell a home is when inventory is lowest, and that, my friends, is in the early spring and late fall. When summer vacations are over and school is back in session, people are ready to get back to the business of their lives, and that includes shopping for homes, with a motivation to get in before the holidays. Homes look beautiful in the fall, so your curb appeal will be ideal as well!

This means that from about the second week of September through late November will be a great time for you to have your home on the market. You definitely haven’t missed that boat! Are you ready? Wondering? Trying to figure out how to get your home ready?
