You felt uneasy about it until your real estate agent assured you that this is not out of the ordinary. In fact, in 86% of cases, home inspectors find issues that need attention.

It’s all part of the buying process — and exactly why a thorough home inspection is essential. After all, it’s better to find issues now (and know if they’re major) than after you’ve signed on the dotted line.

After inspection it’s not uncommon to renegotiate with the seller. Most of the time we are able to come to a compromise. And even if we aren’t, buyers still have the option to pull their offer.
