Want your home to make a great first impression? Before listing, give your space a “buyer’s eye” once-over. The goal: help potential buyers picture themselves living there.
Start here:
✔ Declutter counters, bookshelves, and closets
✔ Remove overly personal décor (think family photos and kids’ art)
✔ Freshen up with neutral paint where needed
✔ Open curtains and let in as much natural light as possible
✔ Add a few welcoming touches – like fresh flowers or a clean welcome mat
You don’t need to go full HGTV. But a little effort now can go a long way in how quickly (and how well) your home sells. Thinking about listing soon? We’d love to help you prep.
