My top 3 favorite things about this home: 1️⃣ The great room — spacious, filled with natural light, built-ins, and a cozy fireplace. 2️⃣ The kitchen — granite countertops, hardwood floors, and the kind of space that almost makes me want to become a chef. 😉 3️⃣ The backyard — private, peaceful, and beautifully low-maintenance. ✨ Bonus: It backs to green space for that extra dose of nature!

I love Melody Aanderud of @willowfield_design_studio! She created a fabulous custom ADA bathroom at our newest listing on Ruidoso Ct—and it’s as beautiful as it is functional. Melody and I have been friends forever, and she’s truly a gem. ✨ Also… we accidentally matched each other and the bathroom. Clearly, great design runs deep. 😉
