We trade umbrellas for sunglasses more than you’d think, enjoying a sophisticated lifestyle defined by world-class dining and wide-open spaces.

That “cozy fireplace glow” is definitely a vibe even if the “fire” is actually a high-powered LED panel and a tripod! It’s all about the movie magic that goes into creating the perfect shot. 🎬✨

We didn’t have quite enough time to build a real fire, so we had to improvise to get the lighting just right. I love that my videographer, John, is always willing to pivot and get creative to make things look this effortless. In reality, I was just trying not to laugh at the chaos behind the lens!

Whether it`s for a social media clip or a luxury listing, we always find a creative way to make the vision come to life. DM me if you’re ready to get your home "camera ready" for the market!

Sure, the market moves fast, since we filmed this, rates have ticked back up a bit. But don’t let that stall your plans! Between high buyer demand and low inventory, the leverage is still with the sellers. And for buyers? We’ve got tricks up our sleeve. A little rate buy-down can go a long way in making that dream home a reality. 🏡✨
