75 days of breaking old habits, shattering comfort zones, and dialing in our businesses. 💥

I couldn`t be prouder to sit down for a celebratory breakfast with these phenomenal agents. This stretch pushed us all to prospect more efficiently and elevate how we show up for our clients every single day.

We definitely missed those who couldn`t make it to breakfast, but the energy of this entire team is unmatched right now.

If this is what 75 days of focused growth looks like, I can`t wait to see what the rest of the year brings. Let’s get it! 💪

10 years. One incredible journey. 💚

Looking back to when Mom and I first started RRG, it feels like a lifetime ago, and in many ways, it was! Back then, my house was loud and chaotic with four kids at home. Today, I’m navigating the “empty nester” life and soaking up every second with my two granddaughters. 💖

We definitely navigated our fair share of the “messy middle” that comes with building a business from the ground up, but I can finally say we’ve hit our stride. Mom is enjoying her well-deserved retirement, and I am standing here today so incredibly proud of the reputation and community RRG has built.

To the wonderful clients and colleagues who have become friends over the last decade: thank you for trusting me. I’m so proud of how far we’ve come, and I can’t wait to see what the next ten years have in store!

We are officially in a steady market! ⚖️

Whether you’re looking to buy or sell, the West Linn and Lake Oswego areas are showing a beautiful balance. Right now, it’s all about the strategy.

For my sellers: The “Sweet Spot” is real. If we price it right, it moves. If we push too high, it sits. It’s that simple. 💥

For my buyers: Now is a great time to buy! Summer is going to bring even more inventory, so let’s get you ready to find exactly what you’re looking for as more options hit the market. ☀️

Thinking of making a move this summer? I’d love to help you find your sweet spot.

I am so excited to show you 6517 Artemis Lane in West Linn. This PNW contemporary home is hitting the market for the very first time and the views are even better in person!

I’m in love with the Great Room. The natural light and wood-paneled accents create such a sophisticated feel. But the real “unicorn” feature? This home has two spacious primary suites making it a rare find for multigenerational living in Clackamas County.

Highlights you’ll love:
🌲 Panoramic Views: Mountain vistas from almost every room.
🍳 The Kitchen: Gourmet finishes with a peaceful view of the lush backyard.
🌅 The Deck: An incredible outdoor space to soak in the scenery and sunsets.
