I learned this one the hard way: your mindset is a direct reflection of what you consume. 🧠✨
As a broker and a leader, I’ve realized that my “output” is only as good as my “input.” If I’m fueling my day with mindless scrolling or negative noise, my energy and focus are the first things to pay the price.
A few years ago, I started “editing my inputs.” I traded the comparison trap for intentionality and started filling my feed, and my life, with ideas that actually lift me higher. It didn’t happen overnight, but the shift was huge. I felt lighter, more motivated, and more like me.
At the end of the day, you can’t pour out what you don’t put in. Whether you’re leading a family, a business, or navigating a move, protect your peace. What you feed your mind today determines how you show up tomorrow. 🤍
I’d love to hear from you: What’s one book or account that always boosts your energy? Share it below so we can all add some good fuel to our feeds! 👇

When I first met Heather and Patrick over Zoom, they were planning a huge move all the way from Florida. I happened to be sporting a NY Yankees hat that day. Naturally, they asked if I was a fan.
My honest answer? “Not really, it just goes with my outfit!” 😂
They recently surprised me with some “proper” Seattle attire, a Mariners hat! I couldn’t be more excited to officially join the home team. Plus, my husband Dustin is thrilled, he’s a massive Mariners fan and was more than happy to see me representing.
Thank you, Heather and Patrick! I’m so glad I could be part of your journey to the PNW. 🏠⚓️

You can’t change the wind, but you can always adjust your sail. ⛵️✨
Jim Rohn said it best: the same wind blows on all of us. The difference between where you are and where you want to be is often just a recalibration of your direction.
Stop fighting the gusts you can’t control and start focusing on your sail. That’s where your real power lives.

Sometimes it’s the simplest things that keep us rooted.
Whether it’s finding the perfect quiet corner in Lake Oswego to catch up on emails or the nostalgia of a Lion Paw at the Old Time Fair, I’ve realized my favorite parts of being a local are often the most underrated.
From the magic of a sunrise over the city to why I’ll always defend our rainy days, these are the little things that make this place home for me.
We all have those local spots or habits that we just love. What’s a "hill" you’re willing to die on when it comes to our community? I’d love to hear your favorites in the comments! 👇

We spend a lot of time talking about “market timing.” I’d rather talk about market readiness.
The truth? The “perfect” market is usually only visible in the rearview mirror. Instead of trying to catch a falling knife or wait for a dip, we focus on the data in front of us.
I help my clients get clear on three things:
Their actual comfort level.
The long-term math.
The life they want to be living six months from now.
That’s how you make a confident decision in an unpredictable market. 📈

A decade makes a difference. ⏱️
In 2016, I was navigating the “messy middle” of a new business and a busy household of six. It was a year of “firsts”!
First time training a team, first time surfing, and my first time traveling out of the country.
Looking back at these photos, I’m reminded that the hard years are usually the ones where you grow the most. I wouldn’t trade this journey (or this team!) for anything.
What were you doing ten years ago? Let me know in the comments! 👇

They say January is for planning, but for me, it’s always been for reflecting.
Looking back at 2025 from this side of the year, I’m struck by how much heart went into the last twelve months. Beyond the contracts and the closings, it’s the people who stay with me.
To the clients who became friends, the family who cheered the loudest, and the West Linn community that continues to show up for one another. Thank you! You are the reason I do what I do. 💚
2026 is already off to a running start, but I wanted to take a second to honor the foundation we built last year. Onward! 🏠✨

What if life gets better the moment you decide to look for it? 💭
I’m a firm believer that gratitude changes the filter on your entire day. When we stop to ask, “Isn’t it wonderful?” we start noticing the small wins that lead to big breakthroughs, in our homes, our careers, and our relationships.
It’s a simple shift that changes everything.

Real estate can feel like a lonely business... but I promise you, it doesn’t have to be. ✨
When I look at this video, from our strategic mastermind sessions to giving back to the community we love, and yes, even kicking back at our beach retreat, I don’t just see “coworkers.” I see a tribe.
I’ve always believed that who you surround yourself with dictates your growth. At our brokerage, we believe in high-level collaboration over cut-throat competition. We believe in celebrating the wins, supporting each other through the tough transactions, and actually enjoying the ride.
If you’ve been feeling like you’re on an island in your business, consider this your invite to the mainland. 🏝️

Are you still sitting on the sidelines waiting for the "perfect" moment? ⏳
I hear it all the time. But here is what my clients are seeing firsthand: Good outcomes don’t need perfect conditions. They need clarity, preparation, and a plan.
While others are waiting for the stars to align, savvy buyers and sellers are making moves, building equity, and settling into their dream neighborhoods. Real estate is about time in the market, not just timing the market.
Wondering what your options are right now? Send me a DM! I’d love to answer any questions and run the numbers with you.
