A decade makes a difference. ⏱️
In 2016, I was navigating the “messy middle” of a new business and a busy household of six. It was a year of “firsts”!
First time training a team, first time surfing, and my first time traveling out of the country.
Looking back at these photos, I’m reminded that the hard years are usually the ones where you grow the most. I wouldn’t trade this journey (or this team!) for anything.

Looking back at 2025 from this side of the year, I’m struck by how much heart went into the last twelve months. Beyond the contracts and the closings, it’s the people who stay with me.
