I am a believer in staging and recommend it whenever I think it will benefit my sellers. Staging is especially important in vacant homes...an empty house is a sad house and nobody wants a sad house! Staging gives buyers a vision of what the space can become. ✨It's like actual magic!✨
Professional photos are non-negotiable when it comes to the RRG way of selling homes. I just cringe when I see listings with bad, amateur photos.😖 Good photos help buyers go from online to in the door...from listed to SOLD!
