Jessica’s unique life experiences have led to a love for land and homes, giving her unmatched expertise in her field. Growing up in LA, Jessica spent every summer on her family’s property in Southern Oregon, living in an Airstream trailer while participating in the repair and maintenance of their adjacent rental properties. In her teenage years, as her family acquired more property, Jessica took on more responsibility for remodeling and property management. She and her sister leveraged these experiences to strike out on their own, investing in and maintaining properties across the country.
As a result, Jessica is well versed in every aspect of real estate, including residential, investment, flipping, and property management. She has a great deal of experience with long-distance transactions–searching, viewing, and purchasing out-of-state properties. To these experiences and skills she adds a BS in Business Administration from OSU, plus years in the corporate and sales world. The result is a powerhouse agent who can lead her clients through the real estate experience while she keeps an eye on the big picture as well as the details.
Jessica enjoys using her skills to help others learn about and navigate the world of real estate. She loves learning how people feel about properties, trends, and neighborhoods–more importantly she appreciates learning about the people and sharing their excitement as they transition from/to their home. People note her intelligence, as well as her wit and humor, saying her attitude is contagious. Jessica loves living in West Linn, enjoying the clean, safe community as well as the proximity to all of Oregon’s beautiful nature. “You can’t beat walking in downtown West Linn on a beautiful day, smiling at all the other Oregonians soaking in the much needed vitamin D!”
She enjoys puzzles, spending time on the Elk River, and watching football. A favorite pastime is hanging out in the hammock, enjoying the latest issue of the Ellery Queen Mystery Magazine. Jessica’s greatest joys come from spending time with her huge extended family, as well as her immediate family–including her partner Ryan and daughters Abby and Claire, plus their 2 kitties, Ellie and Cleo.
