Licensed Oregon Real Estate Agent
Hi. I am Tamie Brown, co-owner of Robbins Realty Group. About 25 years ago I started my Real Estate career in West Linn. I was raised Grants Pass, Oregon and got into real estate because I loved houses and working with people. I also wanted to help my husband pay for our children’s collegiate pursuits. In 1993, as a mother of six children, I started this marvelous career. My youngest was in 1st grade and my oldest was off to college. I was ready to get knee deep into the West Linn market.
I started out in Real Estate by working with a builder to learn the ins and outs of new construction. I realized that I loved existing homes with all their charm and character. In addition to working with builders, I also worked with investors on short sales condos and rehabbing homes. What I enjoyed the most was helping find the perfect home for my clients and watching their family grow and blossom in their new surroundings.
My daughter, Heather Robbins, began working with me after graduating from college and we have been working together ever since. She graduated with a degree in marketing and it was a perfect fit. I mentored her in the Real Estate business and she developed innovative marketing ideas to help our clients and build our business. We make a great team.
In 2014, we decided to start our own brokerage, Robbins Realty Group, a boutique West Linn brokerage. We enjoy being able to mentor other brokers in the business and having fun in supporting our community. We both love and enjoy the family friendly community of West Linn and feel blessed to live here.
My current roles at RRG includes co-owner, coach, trainer, and Managing Broker. These are natural and gratifying roles for me. I responsible for keeping the business, the brokers, our education and training moving forward. I, as a mother of six and a grandmother of fifteen and I love being the Mother Hen of Robbins Realty Group. I truly enjoy the nurturing aspect of running a brokerage. We have a wonderful team of agents who are working diligently to build their own business and I love being a part of those efforts.
