Karrie comes to real estate with a wealth of knowledge and experience, rounding her out as a top agent. A second-generation agent, Karrie grew up with parents in real estate and construction sales. Earning her Bachelors of Science degree crunching numbers and statistics laid the groundwork skilled market analysis–she knows the real estate market inside and out. Karrie’s negotiation skills and savvy were honed during 2 decades working in sales at Fortune 500 medical companies, where she negotiated multimillion dollar contracts in a high-pressure environment. Additionally certified as a Staging Agent (CSA) Karrie brings her real estate service to the next level.
Drawn by the small town feel and excellent schools, Karrie has lived in West Linn for over 10 years. She adores the walking paths that are everywhere, leading to a plethora of parks. A favorite aspect of the West is the downtown area, especially during holidays, where her family enjoys parades, farmers market, and carnivals.
Karrie is actively involved in the community and enjoys monitoring Western Bluebird nest boxes as part of the Prescott Bluebird Recovery project. When she’s not with clients she is spending time with her husband, two children, and two dogs. They enjoy camping and being outdoors as much as possible. She loves hiking, running, and walking with her dogs.
