Admittedly wary at first, the moment Heather started in real estate she was hooked! She found a passion for helping others achieve their goals and dreams and find their perfect place to call home. Her drive and joy is helping people get what they want. She loves meeting people, listening and getting to the heart of their specific needs. “Regardless of what my clients want, once I know about it I want it too.” She then sets to work. Clients find Heather to be professional, reliable, and always accessible, and they appreciate that she goes above and beyond their expectations.
Heather assures her clients, “I’ll step ahead and lead you through the process while watching your back at the same time.” Her clients consistently commend her ability to navigate them through the buying or selling experience. Those who feel daunted by the process find that Heather’s knowledge, experience and guidance put them at ease through every step. Her friendly, positive approach makes the process comfortable and even fun, while Heather adeptly manages the details and looks out for her clients.
Heather’s standout skill is negotiation. As she advocates for her clients she is firm but friendly, getting results for her clients without alienating the other side. With her clients’ best interest in mind, she works deftly to get what they need. The combination of her abilities to guide and support while also getting results has made Heather a top producer in the area.
Heather is a Certified Negotiation Expert and Peak Producer. She received a bachelor’s degree from BYU, after which she has owned a retail store and then worked as an insurance auditor before discovering her passion for and joy in real estate, to which she brings her marketing, organization and business skills.
Heather has loved living in West Linn for 40 years; she and her husband are contributing community members, serving in schools and church. Vastly experienced with the West Linn neighborhoods and area, she especially loves the feeling of community and togetherness here. She enjoys the beauty of the Northwest and the variety things to do–from hiking, to beachgoing, to snow adventures, to boating the nearby rivers
A proud mother of four children–which helps hone her negotiation skills daily–Heather loves spending time with her family and at their various sporting activities, namely baseball, cheerleading, and football. She loves sewing, quilting, and especially boating and vacationing.
