Jenifer is dedicated to eliminating stress and complications that can accompany a real estate transaction. With her natural capacity to connect and listen attentively, she is able to recognize what her clients want and need; she then she sets to work with “the most calming, reassuring demeanor that puts you at ease and makes the home buying process so much less stressful.” Clients know they are in good hands and feel comfortable as Jenifer helps them understand and navigate the process.
A graduate of UC Berkeley with subsequent experience in marketing and sales in San Francisco technology firms, Jenifer brings business acumen and negotiation skills to which she adds a highly developed knowledge of the local area and market. She is certified “Best of Zillow” as determined from customer feedback.
Jenifer loves helping people, coming through for them, and doing something extra that they aren’t expecting. Her clients have an outstanding experience with her from start to finish. Jenifer has been in West Linn for over 15 years, raised her son and daughter, while volunteering in the local schools and community. She appreciates how the area is beautiful, safe, clean, and close to everything, from downtown Portland to the beauties and varied terrain of the Northwest. Jenifer loves hiking and walking, gardening, or just laying by a pool. She also loves to get out and shop (especially for home/holiday decor) and enjoy good food.
